Although time has gotten the best of us and we haven't seen Jane & Don as much in our adult years,.. Jane & Don have had a remarkable influence in our lives. We were fortunate enough to have them as our next door neighbors during our childhood. They were our second grandparents. Their door was always open, yummy treats were always available, Jane always had some type of animal we could help feed or help with her garden, Don always had some type of cool project we could help with,...they were always present, patient and loving. My brother and I absolutely LOVED visiting Jane & Don. As we continued to grow into the adult world, we began to realize how truly special this couple was. We learned from them by the things they taught us, but more importantly, we learned some of life's most valuable lessons just by being with them, by their example. We have carried their unspoken lessons about kindness, generosity and love into our adult life. Their footprints on our lives are everlasting, and we feel truly blessed to know and love them! Jane will be dearly missed and Don will be in our thoughts and prayers. We will be sure to stay in touch as time continues on!
