We liked Darlene a lot! She and two of her daughters did something special for Terry; and she considered Linda, "a Buddy". To her rather large family (especially Chuck & Kathy-since we don't have their address) deepest sympathy. Rest in Peace, Darlene. Love, Terry Williams and Linda Jankowski.
Darlene was the first friend I met 48 years ago and was a true friend all this time.
She welcomed me to a new city as my job brought me to Scottville. We had many good times together. She was always happy whether things were going good for her or not. She wallpapered my family room and did a very good job and it was just removed this past winter and it was hard to remove in places. I loved to hear Darlene sing and she would even sing for me while she was a resident at the Sutter Center. I will certainly miss my friend but I know she is at home with Jesus.
My condolences to the family. I know it is difficult to lose your Mother. You are in my thoughts and prayer.

When my children and I first came to Beacon Ministries almost 30 years ago, Darlene and Joan Edwards were greeters and they made everyone feel like family! Being a single mom Darlene reached out to me several times to encourage me with scriptures and love. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed baking goodies for us also. I love her dearly and miss her but I know she is in our future!

Darlene was such a sweetheart, our family loved her and Dick dearly. She will be missed. Rest with the Lord.
