Dianna Marie Fye's Obituary
Dianna Marie Fye age 73 of Baldwin passed away following a brief illness on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Dianna was born on December 30, 1951 in Lansing, the daughter of Harley and Elinor (Sabin) Lewis and graduated from Lansing Eastern High School with the class of 1969. On January 8, 1982 she married Eiber “Bear” Vincent in Mason, MI and they celebrated 22 years together before Eiber preceded her in death in 2004. Dianna married David L. Fye on May 5, 2007 in Free Soil and they celebrated 10 years together before David passed away in 2017. Dianna was also preceded in death by her parents Harley Lewis and Elinor Braska.
Dianna loved the outdoors. After living in the Lansing area for most of her working life, moving to Lake County was a wonderful way for her to enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors. She loved to go camping, often to the Upper Peninsula, but more recently to Timber Line campground, enjoying a good campfire with her family and dropping a line in the water fishing. When she was stuck indoors, she could often pass the time playing Bingo.
Dianna will be greatly missed by her daughters Stacy and husband Joshua Wright of Scottville and Jaszmin Sabin of Baldwin; her son Chuck Rose; her sister Carol (Oscar) Case of Lansing; her brother Randall (Toni) Lewis of Indianapolis, IN; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held for Dianna at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 14 at Wyman Funeral & Cremation Services in Scottville. Burial will take place at Sugar Grove Cemetery later this spring. Friends may meet with her family on Friday from 11:00 am until time of services at the funeral home.
