Life lessons from Dad: Don't bet anything you don't want to lose. We disagreed on something long forgotten. I bet him my chocolate pudding in a pink dish with a maraschino cherry on it. I was proven mistaken and watched Dad eat my delicious pudding. Never bet something you don't want to give up if you lose. Thanks, Dad, for good life lessons. The chocolate pudding in a pink dish became a benchmark to measure my conviction.
