Frank was a wonderful man and an incredible neighbor. He always kept an eye on us, checked in to see how we were doing and always brought our kids candy for Halloween and Easter when they were little. I regret not doing more to check in with him in the past several months. I plan to attend any celebration of life for Frank, we cared deeply for him. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
