It’s impossible to share just one memory of Papa Joe- growing up in a military family meant that our one constant growing up were summers at the farm. Scrabble and “Screw your neighbor” card games, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, supper at five (always with grace) and breakfast by six, helping in the garden and begging to go into the barn and stick our heads in the old cow stalls, shooting B.B. guns at the back tree, bonfires out by the burn barrels and so many other wonderful memories with a wonderful man. We know you’re dancing up in heaven with Grandma and we’ll see you again someday. Love you Papa Joe!!
Enjoyed our visits when I worked for Beltone Hearing and was taking care of Joe's hearing aids. As a Lithuanian he often coached me on words and foods. He was a very enjoyable and easy to talk to individual.
He always talked about his family and seemed to visit as much as possible. It will be great to see him again some day.

I love you and miss you dad! You’re baby girl, Rosie!
Joe was only in my life for a short while, but will remain in my heart forever! He was very much loved and will be deeply missed. ❤️💐

We remember Joe as a kind man who shared his garden with friends,
Every Tuesday for a few yrs. he was one of a group of 6 who came to our house for a game of "set back" . Having coffee and a cookie with a lot of chatting about everything.
We came to his 90th birthday party , the last time we saw him.
He belonged to St. Joseph's church in Weare until he moved to Scottville. There he was a very active member, being a Lector or any job he was asked to do. We will remember him for a very long time. Alan & Ruthie Glover
Uncle Joe will always be remembered with love and happiness. Our hearts and prayers are with each of you. Love Debbie and Pepe’
