Pearl was always so welcoming when she she saw you. It was especially meaningful to me because my grandparents lived in the Netherlands and my visits with them were few and far between. Pearl was always up to date on what was going on in our lives and loved hearing about us and her many great grandchildren. She was one of the spunkiest women I have ever met and it breaks my heart that she had to experience so much pain from her fall in the end. Joyce, you have been such a precious daughter, you honored your Mom in everything you did for her and I am so sorry for your loss. I can't wait to see you tomorrow to give you the hugest hug. There will be no more pain for Pearl and for that we can be thankful.
