Virginia Elaine Anthony's Obituary
Virginia Elaine Anthony went home to be with our Lord, January 31,2024. She passed peacefully at home with family at her side.
Ginny as she was known married Gary Anthony in July of 1974. Gary served in the Navy so the family moved several times to places like Scotland, Florida and the final place being Groton, Conn.. Upon returning to Michigan in 1984 they settled in Walhalla Ginny worked several jobs finally securing a job on the S.S. Badger where she worked for 12 years, finishing as Supervisor of ticket sales. She loved her job and all the wonderful people she met, and many made friends with. Though being dedicated to her job she was dedicated to her family. She quit her job to take care of her daughter Toni. Ginny did crafts of all kinds, liked to read many books along with her bible and mostly loved spending time with her Grandchildren.
She leaves her children Brad and Tony Anthony, of Ludington. Brian Anthony friend Nikki Russell of Fountain. Grandchildren Lucas, Damian, Eva, Bri, Makela, Joe and William. Sister Nell Uchtman of Missouri and Larry and Karen Rogner of Ludington.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, parents, paternal, maternal grandparents. Her two Sisters Rose Dereski and Nancy Forbes and nephew Randy Pearson. Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
