William "Bart" was a friend of mine that I met a couple years ago. He was an Air Force vet ( my parents were too). He was very much into art like I am so we discussed ideas and got to know each other. He was a nice and funny guy with a lot of jokes. He loved his girlfriend Dorothy and his cat named Snowball. He was a very talented person with his art, poems, and playing musical instruments like electric guitar, drums, and piano. I am thankful that he met someone special before his passing. They were going to be married this summer. I pray for Bart and his family and friends here and in Chicago. RIP Bart.
