I am so sorry to hear of Stanleys passing. My great grandfather was his brother and my mother, Donna Barowski Gallagher, used to tell us stories of growing up on the farm. She spent many summers playing in the orchards with her brother, sister and cousins. She remembered her grandmother always carrying a big set of keys under the "habit" she had taken to wearing.
We always enjoyed our visits with Stanley...either at Sherman Oaks or Oakview. He always remembered us and we felt blessed by his friendship. May the care of family and friends and the memories you hold dear comfort you at this time.
